LSC100 is a high-performance Laser Scan Controller designed for systems employing high-speed resonant scanners. It supports ultrafast acquisition up to 1500 fps (4 channels, 16 Y-lines), enabling high-speed functional imaging with precise temporal fidelity. With its One-Click Kilohertz FieldShift™ (kHz-FS™) technology, users can instantly shift from large-FOV mesoscopic imaging to localized kilohertz-rate scanning — ideal for calcium or voltage imaging, neural dynamics, and high-speed optogenetics. LSC100 further provides an ultrahigh digital resolution — up to 8192 × 8192 pixels per frame. Its Rapid Artifact-Compensated 2D Large-Field Mosaic-Stitching (rac2D-LMS™) delivers gigapixel scanning of centimeter-scale areas up to 20 mm × 20 mm (up to 57000 × 57000 px) in real time with automatic, GPU-accelerated stitching algorithms. Powered by the GPU-accelerated mesoXScan™ software suite, LSC100 delivers true real-time, artifact-free imaging from scanner to screen. LSC100 integrates scanner drivers, high-voltage controllers, raster-scanning electronics, stepper-motor and LED drivers, multi-sensor interfaces, and laser-safety control into a single compact enclosure.
